This is a lovely boxed Sadler, England teapot commemorating the 80th birthday in 2006 of Queen Elizabeth II with a blue, white and red pattern of jewels with platinum trim on white bone china in original box.
The teapot measures 6 inches high by 9 inches long by 3.5 inches wide and holds 16 ounces.
The elegant design teapot features Her Majesty's profile, strings of pearls, red jewels, the dedication of 1926-2006 and a trellis effect with platinum trim and is in excellent used vintage condition with no chips or cracks in it's original box. The box shows a bit of wear.
A wonderful design of British royal memorabilia by a great maker!
I do not know where the teapot was made, as Sadler in 2006 was transitioning manufacturing between the UK and China, although they have recently returned to the UK.
