This is a vintage 1940-1950s Bromwell USA nickel plated tin flour sifter with a red painted wood handle.

The neat flour sifter has the embossed name, Made In USA, Measuring Sifter, Guaranteed and the measurements from 2 cups to 6 cups.

The mid century sifter measures 6.25 inches high by 7 inches across including the handle by 5 inches in diameter.

The handle is rivet punches.

The condition is original with nickel plating loss, and very good ++ used vintage condition screen and working handle and the top is a bit our of round with a few rim dents, with a lot of plating wear.

It is a cool as well as working vintage flour sifter and a great piece of kitchenalia of kitsch.
