Description

This little Royal Doulton, England miniature toby jug or character jug is D 6046, Old Charley designed by Charles Nokes.

The jug is only 2.25 inches high, but is of excellent workmanship, a typical Royal Doulton, England, with no chips, cracks or restorations.

It has an older A mark dating 1939-1955 and is a very collectible older version of the character jug sometimes misnamed a toby jug.

The small size makes it perfect for use as a creamer, pitcher or vase and would certainly be a conversation starter!

So cute and so collectible!
