This is a Shelley China, England Dainty snack set, tennis set, at home or tea and toast set consisting of a cup and a plate with a fitted cup ring to match

The cup and saucer or tea plate are in the American Brooklime pattern 14060 with blue trim and the shape is Dainty made 1960-1966.

The cup is 2.5 inches high and the plate 9.25 inches long by 6 inches wide. 

The sets are known under so many different names. Included are snack set, tennis set, at home, tea and toast set, buffet set TV set...anything needing a balanced cup on a plate with lots of goodies and the ability to eat without sitting at a table.
