This is a Royal Albert China, England large cream and sugar made in England in the Old Country Roses pattern and was made in England between 1962-1974, long before production was moved to Indonesia.
The OCR or Old Country Roses cream or creamer and sugar basin or sugar bowl is in the most popular pattern in the world with a pretty floral pattern and sponged gold trim.
The creamer is 4.5 inches high by 5 long by 3.5 in diameter and holds 8 ounces.
The sugar bowl or sugar basin is 2.5 inches high by 4.5 in diameter.
Both pieces are in excellent used vintage condition with no chips, cracks or wear.
