Vintage Teal Transferware Dinner Plate - Regis Johnson Brothers 1890s Ironstone 8 Inch - Elegant Table Setting for Tea Parties & Formal Dining

This is an antique plate in a a difficult to find teal green or teal blue transfer or transferware pattern called Arcadia made by A. J. Wilkinson Ltd., England 1896-1920s.

The 8 inch in diameter ironstone or semi porcelain plate has an urn and birds center motif, flower and basket border and remnants of gold trim.

The plate is in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips or cracks. There is one small discolored spot on the front and several on the back, gold trim loss and some utensil marks and some normal crazing.

But the transferware pattern color is lovely and unusual.
