This is a bone china tea scoop or tea bag caddy made by Royal Patrician, England who closed in 2009.

The bag holder or caddy spoon has a design of roses and bluebells with gold trim and a teapot finial and measures 5 inches long and the bowl is 2.25 inches in diameter.

The spoon rest is new old stock from my actual antique and tea items shop I closed in 2003 to go exclusively online that got lost after a move a few years ago.

A great tea table addition.
