This is a vintage Mappin and Webb, England hallmarked sterling silver Scottish souvenir spoon with a fancy repousse Thistle and enamel finial. The English hallmark indicates the spoon was made late in the year 1959 or in early 1960. 

The spoon measures 4.5 inches long and is in excellent used vintage condition.
