This is a pretty vintage boxed 3 piece jelly set with a scarab spoon in a pierced pattern with glass insert made by Oneida Silversmiths Company, USA in the 1970s during the height of the excitement generated by the Tutankhamun exhibit at major museums across the country.

The jelly... which would serve as well as a candy bowl or mint bowl... pierced bowl measures 5 inches in diameter, with a thick glass insert in perfect condition. The scarab spoon is 5 inches long, and is a design made in 1910s and so was perfect for this.

The pretty and versatile set is in it's original labeled box is in very good +++ used vintage condition with a bit of spotting and wear to the box.

A very pretty and decorative table accent, and perfect to hold your after dinner mints as well as the jelly at your breakfast or tea table or about anything!
