This is an ironstone luncheon plate made by Moorland, Chelsea works, Burslem England in their multi color hand applied Hearts pattern.

The design is hand applied with sponge stencils.

The plate measures 8.25 inches in diameter, was made 1988-1992 and is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or wear.
