The padded dog tea cozy measures 9.5 inches high without counting the fabric hanging loop or his head or tail by 12 inches wide at the base by 2 inches thick.

The tea cozy is new, and therefore perfect! It was designed in the UK and made in China and is 100% Cotton with Polyester padding.
