This is a salad plate made by Royal Doulton, England in the Malvern pattern D6197.

The Malvern pattern was made from 1931 to 1961 when it was discontinued.

The salad or dessert plate is 7.25 inches in diameter and features a hand colored on grey transferware pattern of a flower and fruit bouquet on a white molded swirl shape ironstone.

This Malvern salad plate is in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips, cracks and only very minor signs of use.

Such a pretty pattern that would go with so many other patterns on the tea table.
