This is a lovely cup and saucer made by Wedgwood, England in the 1960s in a reissue of 1815 pattern used by Napoleon Bonaparte while in exile at St. Helena.
This historic design is hand painted on transferware of a wonderful ivy design on creamware or queensware.
The cup measures 2.75 inches high and the saucer is 5.5 inches in diameter.
The cup and saucer is in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips, cracks or little signs of wear.
Make your afternoon tea an historical moment!
