Description

This is a vintage Dutch sugar spoon, sugar shovel, sugar shell or tea caddy spoon in repousse nickel silver with a mechanical spinning windmill top finial.

The fun, decorative and useful spoon or shovel was made in the 1950s and is marked AM, Made in Holland or the Netherlands and ALP for alpacca or nickel silver.

The sugar shovel or spoon measures nearly 5.25 inches long and is 1.5 inches at the widest of the shovel.

The repousse bowl is of a medievel street scene.

The perfect thing to accompany tea or coffee with a fun and decorative spoon. It is as good as a fidget...spinning the top of the windmill! A great Dutch souvenir as well.

The sugar spoon is in very good ++ used vintage condition with a few spots of discoloration, but very nice!
